Financial and billing disclosure
Updated September 22, 2026
This Financial and Billing Disclosure explains what you pay in connection with your Insyght Membership, and who receives each payment. It is provided together with, and should be read alongside, your Membership Terms of Service.
1. Summary of charges
| You pay for | Paid to | Amount | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Insyght Membership (platform, lab coordination, scoring, reports) | Insyght Health LLC | $199 | At enrollment and each renewal |
| Telehealth Provider consult fee (if a physician evaluation occurs) | Telehealth Provider; Insyght may collect this as a pass-through, without markup | $30 (asynchronous) to $40 (synchronous) | At the time of your evaluation |
| Medication (only if prescribed) | Pharmacy directly | Varies by medication and dose | Monthly, if you continue an active prescription |
2. The membership fee is paid to Insyght
Your Membership Fee ($199 per year in most states; New York and New Jersey are priced separately) is paid to Insyght Health LLC. It covers your access to the Insyght Platform, coordination of any physician-ordered laboratory testing, generation of your health scores, and your reports. This fee does not vary based on whether, or how much, you separately purchase from the Telehealth Provider or a pharmacy.
3. The consult fee belongs to the Telehealth Provider
If a licensed clinician affiliated with the Telehealth Provider evaluates you, that evaluation is billed separately from your Membership Fee. Insyght may process this payment on the Telehealth Provider's behalf as a billing convenience, but the consult fee is the Telehealth Provider's own charge for its own professional service, Insyght does not add any markup to it, keep any portion of it, and does not receive more or less depending on the outcome of your evaluation.
4. Medication is a separate pharmacy transaction
If the Telehealth Provider's clinician prescribes medication for you, that medication is filled and billed by a pharmacy directly, at the pharmacy's own price. This charge is entirely separate from your Membership Fee and from the Telehealth Provider's consult fee. Neither Insyght nor the Telehealth Provider receives any payment based on the medication you are prescribed or its cost.
5. No fee is based on what care you receive
None of the fees described above increase or decrease based on the outcome of any evaluation, the specific tests ordered, the specific medication prescribed, or how often you use any clinical service. Your Membership Fee is fixed regardless of your clinical utilization.
