Refund policy

The short version

The Insyght membership is a straightforward annual plan at $199 per year. You can cancel anytime. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation penalties.

Cancelling

You can cancel from your member account, or by emailing customerservice@insyghthealth.com and we will take care of it.

HSA and FSA payments

HSA and FSA eligibility varies by plan. If you paid with HSA or FSA funds, we can provide an itemized receipt. Refunds of HSA or FSA payments may have additional requirements set by your plan administrator.
